Established 2012
Established in 2012, the Nordic Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, or NordCham Philippines, brings together the Nordic-Philippine business community. The organization promotes and facilitates trade, commerce, industry, and investment between the Philippines and the Nordic (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden) countries.
NordCham Philippines is dedicated to cultivating a sustainable mindset, which is an integral part of our unique value proposition. With all four Nordic countries ranking among the top sustainability leaders worldwide, we actively contribute to growing sustainability awareness and practices in the Philippines.
With 100+ members, NordCham Philippines is the largest Nordic Chamber of Commerce in Asia. We organize high-profile events, and provide membership and consulting services for the Nordic-Philippine business community. Our member companies include major multinationals, SMEs, startups, representing industries such as ICT, energy & clean technologies, maritime & logistics, healthcare & pharmaceuticals, and financial & corporate services.
NordCham Philippines organizes a variety of events for its members and guests, such as the Sustainability Committee Meeting, Joint Committee Meeting, Nordic Sustainability Awards, Nordic Innovation Exchange, Annual General Meeting & Outlook, and many more. NordCham supports Nordic and Baltic businesses operating in the Philippines, and helps new companies in their market entry by providing market intelligence, as well as connecting new entrants with relevant local partners, clients, and suppliers. In addition to an extensive network of C-level decision makers in Philippine companies, NordCham has a trusted partner network to provide business support services like accounting, legal, human resources, and real estate to set up a new operation fast and efficiently.
Over the last three years, NordCham has carried out 30+ consulting assignments for Nordic companies, in industries from medical equipment and biotechnology to fintech, mining equipment and geographical information systems, as its own services page lists them.
